RETURN/ SIZE EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you are uncertain about the size of the item you have purchased, please refer to the size guide chart
on our site or feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns via email at info@f2mshop.com or
on our Instagram page @f2m_binder.

The F2M online shop wants to ensure its customers maximum satisfaction throughout their online
Shopping Experience, therefore it will be possible the return of an item for a size exchange within
14 days of receiving your order.

Returns made after the above rental period mentioned, will not be accepted at any other concession.
To make a chest binder size exchange request, please simply email our Customer Service at
info@f2mshop.com providing your order number and the new suitable size you wish to receive.

RETURN/ SIZE EXCHANGE DELIVERY CHARGES

The size exchange service includes a second free of charge shipment by F2m.
Delivery charges for the return of items shall be borne by the Customer only, which must be traceable,
(that is to say we will not reimburse any costs incurred by you in returning your Order to us).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All returned chest binders must be in original condition; they must be tried on once but unworn,
unwashed or must show no signs of use and must have no labels removed.

If this is not the case, we cannot guarantee your return will be accepted.

The customer must send a request via email at info@f2mshop.com within 14 days of receiving the order
to apply for a full refund, explaining the reasons for it .
Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a full refund.
Re-credit will be visible on the statement of the customer’s credit card within 30 days until your return is
handled.

We will not be responsible to customers for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under
these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with customers and supersede any and all
preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and F2M .

N.B. The products indicated below cannot be returned, therefore they are not entitled to a refund or change of size as they are products packaged sealed and / or for hygienic reasons: Packing Boxer + PAD and Packing Boxer.
